  • There was a major season of hustle - with her time and her money - to invest in her business and get it where it is today

  • Finding the courage to pursue your goals and dreams and not caring what others think

  • How it’s ok to shift to new ideas and test new waters in your business

  • The pitfalls and challenges Laura faced as she was growing her company and how she overcame them and learned from them

Tips to Help Scale Your Own 8-Figure Online Business

  1. Know who your audience is and what they want.

Laura had a very good idea of what kind of product her target audience wanted. She was able to stock up and almost immediately sell out by focusing on current market trends and listening to what her audience wanted. By utilizing your audience, you can limit the risk you take in product or service launches by using this strategy. It’s important to take market cues when things start to shift, the same product won’t be “in” forever, so make sure to be fluid and move with the trends.

  2. You need time or money.

In this discussion, we talked with Laura about how she reinvested almost everything she made back into her business to buy more inventory. Not everyone is able to do this, but it doesn’t need to be a monetary investment, it can be time as well. Figure out where you can reinvest back into your business and go from there.

  3. Realize where your weaknesses are and hire the right people.

Laura talks about how not everyone has the same work style and figuring out finding the right people to help her run her business was key to growth. She was continually learning about not only her own leading style, but also how to hire people that filled the gaps in her business.
