  • What an MVP is and how you can apply it to your business

Our Number One Piece of Business Advice

If you have made it to day five, congratulations! That means that you are dedicated to growing your business! And today is not the day you want to skip on listening. Natalie and Tara are dropping their number one piece of business advice in today’s episode. That number one piece of advice is something you’ll often hear them refer to, and it’s called your MVP. MVP stands for “Minimally Viable Product” and it serves as a launching point for your product or service to get you and your business off the ground. Let’s talk about it some more!

Creating an MVP

Creating your first MVP can be a daunting task, but the most important thing is to JUST DO IT. Natalie and Tara dive into their own personal stories creating their MVPs and you might be surprised at what they launched in order to get to where they are today. Some bombs they dropped in this part of the conversation include:

  • You don’t need a logo to start selling

  • You don’t need an extravagant website

  • It doesn’t need to be perfect!

These are just a few of the tips that the ladies give in this episode about creating your first MVP to get some movement in your business. The biggest thing that launching an MVP will do for you is telling you if your audience is ready for what you have to offer.

Scaling Your MVP Into a Better Product or Service

Once you launch your MVP, your audience will tell you what they want to be changed. Look at Elevate the Online Course, the first version of the course was Elevate Ag’s MVP and now, Natalie and Tara are on their third launch and have a much better idea of what producers are looking for. Imperfect action is better than no action at all. Scaling will come naturally once you start taking action and putting your MVP out into the world. If you’re interested in learning how to craft and launch your own MVP, then you need to check out Path 2 of Elevate the Online Course.
